President of Trident Commercial Real Estate and a Counselor of Real Estate — the designation held by a small circle of senior advisors admitted by invitation for work on complex real estate problems. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and a service-disabled Navy veteran, Joseph holds an MBA and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell, and is a licensed broker in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
