Why Trident Commercial Real Estate?
Our founder, Joseph Achenbach, served as a Naval Supply Corps Officer on two deployments and at a Special Operations Command. He has been trained by the military to execute on government contracts with all the attention to detail and sense of urgency instilled in him during service. He has been a Contracting Officer Technical Representative and served in a supervisory role for the Army’s real estate division in NYC where he continued to expand his knowledge in federal contracting.
